Sales Agreement Clauses are terms of a legal agreement between you and Delta OÜ. In case you choose an item from Milana Webshop and the purchase price of that item has been transferred or a credit card transaction has been concluded in favour of Delta OÜ, you have made an offer to Delta OÜ to conclude a contract of sale based on the data you have submitted to the Shopping Basket on the conditions provided herein.
